The short version: AgentMentor is a coaching and training tool for licensed insurance professionals. It is not an insurance carrier, agency, or licensed advisor, and it does not give insurance, financial, tax, or legal advice. Everything it produces is AI-generated, may be wrong, and must be checked against carrier materials and your state's regulations before you use it with a real client. You are responsible for what you say and send. We do not retain or sell your clients' data, and we never sell your personal information — but no system is perfectly secure, and we can't be held responsible for breaches or unauthorized access outside our reasonable control.
Coaching disclaimer
AgentMentor provides sales coaching, practice roleplay, scripts, and educational explanations to help licensed agents improve their craft. It is a training aid only.
- We are not an insurance carrier, agency, broker, fiduciary, or licensed financial, tax, or legal advisor.
- Nothing AgentMentor outputs is advice to you or to any consumer, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or replace any insurance or financial product.
- Suitability, replacement, disclosure, and licensing decisions are yours, made under the rules of your carriers and your state.
- Illustrations, figures, and product mechanics shown for practice are illustrative and must be replaced with current, carrier-approved materials before any client interaction.
AI & accuracy
Coaching responses are generated by AI models. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and they may not reflect your carrier's current products, your state's regulations, or a specific client's situation.
- Always verify product details, rates, and illustration values against official carrier documents.
- Do not present AI-generated language to a client as carrier-approved unless you have confirmed it.
- Use only compliant, approved materials in advertising and client communications, including anything drafted in Content Studio.
Privacy
We collect the account information you provide (name, email, plan), the preferences you set during setup (products, market, goals), and usage data needed to run and improve the service. We use this to personalize coaching, operate your account, and keep the product secure.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information, and we don't retain or sell your clients' personal data.
- We don't ask you to put a client's private health or financial details into the product, and we recommend you don't.
- We don't share your individual practice sessions with your agency unless your plan is administered by that agency and that sharing is disclosed to you.
Your data & choices
- You can export or delete your account data at any time from settings, or by contacting us.
- Practice content you create is yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
- We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we do not retain or sell any client data you may reference.
- We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. To the extent permitted by law, AgentMentor is not liable for breaches, hacks, or unauthorized access that occur despite those safeguards or that result from events beyond our reasonable control.
Terms of service
By creating an account you agree to use AgentMentor lawfully and only as a licensed professional or someone training to become one. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use its output in any way that violates carrier rules, advertising regulations, or applicable law.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentMentor is not liable for lost sales, lapsed or denied policies, regulatory action, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output.
Billing, invites & cancellation
- The Free plan is permanent and requires no card. Paid plans bill monthly or annually; annual plans include two months free.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of your current billing period.
- Agency invite and promotional pricing is provided by your agency and applies only while you remain an active agent of that agency. If you leave, standard pricing applies going forward.
- Agency administrators are responsible for their seats and for any disclosures to their agents.
